hey all,
am looking for helpful pointers for beginners to learn about ARCGIS….need some quick tips to pick up myself, cuz need to apply it ASAP with a couple others of air modeling softwares.
ive been to esri.com, but there is soo much to it, a bit overwhelming, that im confused to where to start first???
and would it be correct to say, ARCGIS is pretty much like google earth? or im underestimating?
thanks!
Any available? Such as tutorials/guides, interactive websites, informative sites, etc? Especially on GIS.
Besides ESRI, GeoDa, and USGS.com
Thanks in advance!
In the Mishnah, masechet brachot, perek gimel, mishnah gimel, we have:
“נשים ועבדים וקטים פטורין מן קריעת שמע ומהתפילין וחיבין בתפילה ובמזוזה”
the תפילה being shmoneh esri.
But we don’t pasken by the Mishnah.
Can anyone find a more modern source? I’m trying to prove a point to a friend.
I already know that the Rambam wrote that women are obligated to acknowledge Hashem in his Mishneh Torah; please don’t post that.
Thanks!
